One of my good friends for going on three decades now (yikes!) has decided to make her Christmas Cards early this year. She wanted to try something out of the ordinary, and make the cards more special than the kind you buy in bulk in a store. She also wanted it to be a flat card, not one that opens. I told her to try AdoramaPix. They have done a great job on the metal prints we've received from them, and on the photo print options too, so... why not? I was curious to see how they would turn out too.
Well, the cards came in and they look great. There is one photo that is dark in real life, so it came across dark on the card, but that's okay. It was meant to show it exactly as is because it was from a very special day for her family. They will understand why it's dark and love the picture even more because of it. (and that's the beauty of personalization). :)
Here is the back of the card. You can see that it's flat, like she wanted it to be. You can select a card with a message on the back. She specifically chose this one because it is indicative of the season (and she likes it). The card stock is a nice thick, high quality and the photos and the words (that both she chose, and that came on the card) came out clear. This is just one of many, many, many types/selection/styles of cards to choose from on their website. If you're thinking of going a step over and beyond boxed greeting cards this year, I can recommend AdormaPix. Everything we've received from them has been excellent, including these cards.
